Damilola Adegbite, a popular Nigerian actress, has opened up about the reasons behind the end of her marriage to Ghanaian actor Chris Attoh. The couple, who met on the set of the soap opera ‘Tinsel,’ got married privately in Ghana in 2015 and had a son together in 2014. However, they separated in September 2017.
During an interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo, Damilola explained that their marriage fell apart because love alone was not sufficient. She emphasized that while love is an important aspect of a relationship, it is not the sole determining factor for a successful partnership.
Damilola stated that she has no regrets about divorcing Chris Attoh. However, she acknowledged that she holds respect for him as the father of their child.
