Ngozi Orji, the wife of the ailing Nollywood actor Zack Orji, debunks the claims of begging for financial assistance from the public for her husband.
It is worth noting that on December 29, 2023, Orji was rushed to the national hospital after reportedly collapsing in his bathroom.
The Minister of Arts, Culture, and the Creative Economy, Hannatu Musawa, disclosed on Wednesday that the actor had undergone brain surgery during her visit.
However, reports suggested that Zack Orji’s wife had requested financial support from the public during a visit to her husband by the Minister of Arts, Culture, and the Creative Economy, Hannatu Musawa.
Disputing these claims in a conversation with TheCable, Ngozi denied making any appeals for money to care for her ailing husband.
She stated, “Really? For where na? Who did I tell that one? I don’t remember granting such an interview to anybody. It is well. Please, I never said anything.”
