Wizkid Wins ‘African Artiste Of The Year’ At Ghana Music Awards

Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, known professionally as Wizkid, is a Nigerian singer and songwriter won the Best African Artiste of the Year at the 23rd Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.

The Ghana music award, which was founded in 1999, held their 23rd award ceremony at the Accra International Conference Centre.

Wizkid beat out other Nigerian artists such as Tems, Ckay, Joeboy and Fireboy Dml to win “Artiste of the year”.

In addition, the organizer took their official Twitter page to congratulate Wizkid on his new achievement.
