"No one is above the law" – Isaac Fayose stops a Minister from driving one-way in Abuja

Social media users have been sharing a video of media celebrity Isaac Fayose stopping a Nigerian Minister for breaking traffic laws in Abuja.

Isaac Fayose, the brother of former Ekiti State governor Ayo Fayose, instructed a minister who was passing one way to return in a video that was uploaded to his Instagram page.

He was observed asking the police officers who were on duty to tell the Minister to come back because they were authorized to do so.

A policeman told Isaac Fayose that the man in the car is their superior, but he didn’t give up.

He scolded the Minister angrily from his automobile, requesting that the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) arrest him.

He wrote: “I had to stop a minister today for passing one way in Maitama Abuja …. No one is above the law….Thank you Mr Minister for respecting yourself.”
