Popular actress Omobewaji Oyediji, known as Mo Bewa, has expressed her opinion that Nigerian men lack romantic gestures and display impatience when it comes to wooing women.
In an interview with Punch Saturday Beats, she observed that men are more focused on quickly establishing a connection with a woman rather than taking the time to engage in romantic pursuits.
Mo Bewa highlighted the desperation she perceives in men who promptly request a woman to come over to their place shortly after getting to know them.
She shared her concern about the directness of men’s intentions in the present day, expressing her discomfort with the speed at which relationships are pursued.
Mo Bewa said:
“I don’t think Nigerian men are romantic. They don’t even know how to woo women anymore. They meet you and just want you to come over to their place immediately. They don’t want to waste time. I’m scared of Nigerian men.”
