“I switched sounds ‘cos I want people to play my songs even on Sundays” – Wizkid (Video)

Wizkid has said he switched from his old style of music because he wants people to play his songs even on Sundays.

Starboy disclosed this in an interview with Red Radio held over the weekend; same interview wherein he chose Ronaldo over Messi.

According to him,

I was not satisfied with my songs being mostly played in parties and nightclubs

Speaking during the media chat, he said ‘Blessed’, his joint with Damian Marley is his favourite track on the ‘Made in Lagos’ album because it was a spiritual session.
