Controversial artist Portable has made a bold claim, asserting that he consistently showers two million naira in cash upon locals during each of his outings. He recently took to the streets once again to make it rain money, a spectacle that has become his signature.

Captured in a video, Portable can be seen distributing money to residents in the vicinity of his bar. The scene was marked by the fervor of young boys and girls scrambling to catch the fluttering banknotes.
