Popular Nigerian actress, Stella Damasus has advised that it is necessary for one to be selfish with one’s peace of mind and happiness.

She shared this piece advice via her Instagram page while Posting a picture of herself and the caption reads:

“Keep going. No matter what distractions may come, just keep going. Eyes on the prize. Be selfish with your peace of mind, success, joy, freedom and happiness. Yes you heard right. BE SELFISH. #stelladamasus #mondaymood”

We earlier reported that the film star and her husband, Daniel Ademinokan may have fallen out as they no longer appear on each other’s following lists on Instagram.
